Blogger Recognition Award

bloggerecog

I was nominated by both Kate and Jess to do this award – I have been wanting to do this for a while, because it’s such a nice blog. You simply share the story of how you started your blog, and then give some advice to new bloggers – it’s perfect for reflecting on your own blogging, as well as getting involved with your fellow bloggers!

RULES

  1. Thank the blogger who nominated you and provide a link to their blog.
  2. Write a post to show your award.
  3. Give a brief story of how your blog started.
  4. Give two pieces of advice to new bloggers.
  5. Select 15 other bloggers you want to give this award to.
  6. Comment on each blog and let them know you have nominated them & provide the link to the post you created.

Rapid Fire Book Tag

Today I am taking part in another book tag – this is one my sister Jess did over on her blog, Bookends and Endings, and although she did not tag anyone, I thought it looked like a lot of fun! The point of this tag is that there are lots of questions, but the answers are short and to the point, which I think will be quite refreshing (especially as I think I tend to waffle on a bit sometimes, accidentally). So on with the tag!

The Social Media Tag

the social media tag.jpg

I was tagged by Emillia @ Emillia Blog to do the Social Media Tag – this is not a book-related tag, but I think it’s a really great opportunity to share lovely blogs and bloggers, and so I have been looking forward to doing this so much! Thank you so much to Emillia for tagging me (you can check out her answers here!), and thank you to Chloe, the original creator of this tag.

The Rules:

  1. Thank the person who tagged you.
  2. Choose a Blog or Blogger per category and explain why you chose them.
  3. Tag others to do this (up to you how many)

Your Favourite Music Book Tag

It’s time for another tag! This one is the ‘Your Favourite Music’ book tag, created by Debbie from Debbie’s Library. Thank you so much to Lia from Lost In A Story for tagging me – her post and just her blog in general is FAB so definitely check it out!

Also, I am aware that I have been doing a lot of tags and reviews recently – I have had exams for the past couple of months (as I keep going on about) so have not had lots of time to think of more original, discussion-type content. I will work on that in the summer, but for now, this looked like fun and I really wanted to try it out!

The Rules

  • Tag the creator of this tag and the one who tagged you
  • Pick 5 songs (or more) that you just have to listen whenever they are played
  • Pick the books/characters you think fit that song the best, and explain why you pick this book/character for this song
  • Tag some friends!

The books!

You’re Not Good Enough Tag

yourenotgoodenough

I haven’t done a tag in absolutely ages, so I thought now would be a great time to do a tag that I thought looked like lots of fun – the You’re Not Good Enough Tag. How this works, is you write down 30 names of fictional characters, and pick two at random to answer each of the following questions!

Thank you to Emily from A Cup Of Wittea for tagging me in this, I’ve been super excited to do it myself! Emily’s post is here if you want to check it out!
